The good news!

"If life deals you lemons, make lemonade; if it deals you tomatoes, make Bloody Marys”
Author unknown, but I like it :)

Going for a ride!

The weather is finally Spring-like and that is very good news.

My ankle loves the bike and that is excellent news.

Yesterday 15K and today 16.35K on the bike and that is wonderful news.

Today, the ankle pain is almost nonexistant and that is happy news. (It was the same thing last week, so I'm not about to get out there and run, but at least I didn't make it terribly worse and that news is a relief).

Until I can run again :)

Cheers!

Bike are cool and yours is no exception. Reflectors, unless you are riding regularly at night/dusk can cause uncoolness though. I personally chair a kangaroo court where we fine $1 per reflector on our rides!

Good riding!

If it gives you tequila, make margaritas. :) Love the TEMPORARY title edit!

Oops, I still have my reflectors on, too. But I am under no illusions of coolness. :)

I am loving getting out on my bike again, but it's definitely more fun when it's a choice rather than a necessity. You're writing about my past two weeks, here...well, except for today, and you know how that went. At least the problem wasn't my foot.

Anne, it's taken me all of this time to find your new blog. I was worried when it said your old one had been deleted- I'm glad I found you! I'm so happy for you that you are out on your bike. I'm going to try and get out tomorrow even though it's going to still be cold. I just don't want to wait any longer. So happy your foot is better!

That is very good news indeed! I think an injury will probably be the only thing that might get me on a bike. Have a great week!

We have been having some great weather down here also. I biked to work today for the first time this year. It felt wonderful. I also got out on Saturday and Sunday for bike rides. Yahoo! Now we are expecting rain for the next 7 days - I am really hoping that the forecast is wrong!
Glad your ankle pain is gone - now I hope it stays away!

Glad your pain has gone and that you can enjoy the bike.

Glad it's warm enough to bike so you can keep those endorphins chugging away. And I love the quote!
