This morning, I ran 4K doing 1/1 intervals and I was feeling good. I was enjoying my run for the first time in a while now and it was niiiiiice. The foot is not 100%, but my PT says it's about 90%...I'll take it! After my run, I had PT and it went
I mentioned to Joseph that I want to get a trainer for my bike (to cross train inside while watching tv) and he suggested I get a back tire specifically for rollers (the back part of the trainer)...he was saying that otherwise, I risk ruining my road tire. I'm just saying...in case someone else didn't know about this :) I'll be checking this out, if you have any advice, I'd really appreciate it...just remember that I am not a triathlete, I just want to be able to cross train and avoid injury.
