Pleased to read your last comment Anne and thanks for sharing that beautiful image. While I was seeing the picture I thought to run there on the beach next to the see. I saw a beauiful beach like that this week while I was travelling by helicopter for job. I made same photos.
If I have time I'll show these photos on my blog next weekend.

Great 5k the other day! Sorry about the garmin issues. I don't ever delete my workouts. One time like three months ago it warned me that memory was getting full so I deleted them at that point (but I had the garmin for over a year before that happened). fyi.

Goregous. Us Americans aren't allowed to go to Cuba though every time I speak with Canadians they saw it's just as pretty as Hawaii and cheaper =). Lucky you!
