Quick update to last post!

"1 month out of hospital...
4 miles
Isn't life great!"
P

WARNING: This next video is not for the weak...also, if you are currently eating, I would wait.

This is what the leg looks like, a little over a month after the operation.

My brother, along with the rest of my family, was very touched by all your wonderful comments!
Thank you.

Cheers!

Well if he's a typical male he's hoping those will remain as scars.

Awesome job! Your brother is amazing! I have to tell you we had a tiler at our house who did lose a leg to the flesh eating thing. I always thought it was just one of those exaggerated things. So so glad your brother is doing well.

And thanks for the nice comments on my post. Your brother and his struggles/triumphs help me put things in perspective!

Flesh Eating Bacteria! What a horrible combination of words. The first two are fine on their own but, put them together...shudders.

I know I already commented! But I have to say...I cried and cried...I am so glad he has his leg. I know you already know I had a miscarriage...and was feeling a bit low...It is amazing how something like what your brother went through, really puts everything back into perspective. My trials are simple! He is tough! I am in awe...
So much to be thankful for!
