How could I not get a foam roller...every single one of you advised me to use one :)
In the above picture, I am smiling nicely for the camera...
However, this picture is more realistic of how it felt...ouch!
But a good ouch :)

Hey, great to see you on a foam roller, I swear by mine, in fact I love it so much I even have one at my other halfs house, just so I can foam roll there! Good luck with the injury,wishing you all the best.

Yup - I didn't have an opportunity to respond to your previous blog - but I love (hate) my roller. It really does work out the kinks . . . but at times it can certainly be painful. I use it after my long bike rides on my quad muscles . . . ouch - but afterwards - ahhhhhhh!!!
They really do work.

I like this roller..but I think you'd REALLY like The Stick too. I think it works really well;-)
I love my foam roller, too, especially for getting areas like your hips and glutes! I also have the stick, which is nice to have, too! Great pictures!

Look at you, you are sooo cute on that foam roller. I always fall over while trying to roll out my IT Band, you look like it's a piece of cake! I use mine almost daily for my glute...owie, but effective! Happy rolling :).
Very quickly it will not hurt so much because the thing works!!! I didn't realize everyone told you to get one! Of course you had to.

I am having same issue! Unfortunately mine became full blown because I just pushed through and now I'm in physical therapy with 9 days before the San Fran 1/2. Gr. Anyways, great to see you rolling! So many people told me the foam roller would work wonders, including my physical therapist. Now I’m rolling for a solid 10-20 minutes every day (and you are SO right…it HURTS!) and stretching whenever I think too. Keep doing what you’re doing! I’m sending healing thoughts your way :)
